Welcome to Animal Health Center, your local veterinarians in Cannon Falls.

Here at the Animal Health Center, we believe in meeting people where they are with their pets. We understand that our clients know their pets better than anyone. Our priority is to build relationships with our clients so that we can understand how to best support them in caring for their pets.

Veterinarian

Dr. Lesanna Lahner Ingles

Dr. Lesanna Lahner Ingles grew up in Northfield and completed her undergraduate education at Carleton College.

Dr. Lesanna Lahner Ingles grew up in Northfield and completed her undergraduate education at Carleton College. She then went on to graduate from the University of Wisconsin Madison in 2011 with a dual degree in Veterinary Medicine and Public Health. In May of 2024 she purchased the Animal Health Center. Dr. Lesanna will treat dogs, cats, horses, goats, alpacas and whatever else comes through the door. Her special interests include dentistry, acupuncture and holistic medicine for pets. Dr. Lesanna lives in rural Cannon Falls with her husband and too many dogs, cats, horses, sheep, pigs, and chickens. She enjoys pottery, gardening, and trail riding with her draft-cross horses.

Liz

Liz joined the Animal Health Center in February 2019.

Liz joined the Animal Health Center in February 2019. She loves working with all types of animals no matter their size...even if they are bigger than her. She currently owns four cats (Xena, Taz, Wilma, and Casey). When she is not working, she enjoys reading, doing puzzles, doing things outside at her own home, horseback riding, and playing with her cats.
Veterinary Technician

Molly

Molly began working at the Animal Health Center in March 2024.

Molly began working at the Animal Health Center in March 2024. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin River Falls with a bachelor's degree in Equine Science and certification in equine massage therapy and Raindrop technique. She lives on a horse ranch with her two quarter horses, two dogs (a corgi and a jack russell/rat terrier cross). Molly enjoys rodeo and horse training/massage.

Kayla

Kayla started working at the Animal Health Center in April 2024.

Kayla started working at the Animal Health Center in April 2024. She brings with her 10 years of experience working in veterinary clinics. She is partial to boxers and shares her home with her significant other, Nick, her 3 cats and her 3 dogs. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and reading.
Practice Manager

Kaya

Kaya started at the Animal Health Center as the Practice Manager in May 2024.

Kaya started at the Animal Health Center as the Practice Manager in May 2024. She has 17 years of veterinary clinic experience. Although her experience is mostly with cats and dogs, she is excited to learn more about horses, alpacas, and any other surprises that may come in. She lives in Cannon Falls with her husband, 4 mischievous cats, and a Great Pyrenees X German Shepherd named Lennon. On the weekends she can be found in her kitchen cooking and baking or gardening when the weather is nice.
